Purchase Options

CTYL offers the following purchase options:

• One-Time Purchases: All products are available for standard one-time purchases through our store.
• Limited Edition & Pre-Orders: Some items may be available as limited edition drops or pre-orders. These purchases are final and cannot be canceled once placed. Expected shipping dates will be listed on the product page.

Order Cancellations

• Standard Orders: You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
• Pre-Orders & Limited Edition Items: All sales on pre-orders and limited-edition drops are final and non-refundable once the order is placed.
• How to Request a Cancellation: Email support@ctylofficial.com with your order number. If your order has already been processed, we will be unable to cancel it.

Refunds & Order Modifications

• We currently do not offer refunds or modifications after an order has been processed. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
• In cases of incorrect or defective items, please reach out within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
