Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with CTYL. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for unused, unworn, and undamaged items in their original packaging within:

  • 14 days of delivery for international orders.
  • 7 days of delivery for orders within South Korea, as per local consumer protection laws.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Digital products (downloads, gift cards, etc.).
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items marked as final sale.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support at support@ctylofficial.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

We will provide instructions for returning your item. Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (except for defective or incorrect items).
  • For South Korean customers, return shipping labels may be provided upon request.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

  • If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at support@ctylofficial.com with photos of the item.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:

  1. Check your bank statement.
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time for refunds to be posted).
  3. If you've done this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@ctylofficial.com.
