Processing & Shipping Times

• Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 30 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Shipping Time:
  • Domestic (South Korea): Estimated 14 business days after processing.
  • International: Estimated 21-28 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.
• We partner with reliable carrier, Korea Post for secure and timely delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by their country. CTYL is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

• CTYL is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. If an issue occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Returns & Exchanges
